He lost his mum at the age of 5.

He had an accident at the age of 7 that almost made him crippled.

He fell from a storey building at the age of 11 which led to memory loss and him almost losing his life.

Milton is one young man who has gone through a lot of bad experiences as a child and yet, he has not allowed these experiences to put him down.

He is one young person I admire a lot due to his energy and optimism about life. Having known him for about a year now, there has never been a dull moment with Milton.

Milton Tutu has won awards in Leadership. Bagging four different leadership awards in one night from Benson Idahosa University in 2016 and still that same year he was nominated as the most influential student in Nigeria by Outstanding Students Choice Awards (OSCARS). The following year, he was nominated as the entrepreneur of the year in Benson Idahosa University by Connex Awards and also he has been nominated as the most influential student in Benson Idahosa University.

Milton Tutu is an author of 4 books.

When life gives you a lemon, you turn it into a lemonade.

According to Angelina Jolie, “I do believe in the old saying, ‘What does not kill you makes you stronger.’ Our experiences, good and bad, make us who we are. By overcoming difficulties, we gain strength and maturity.”

In this episode of the Maverick Excel Show, I had an amazing conversation with Milton Tutu how the painful experiences he has gone through as a child has shaped his entire life, made him a better person and has led him to help other people going through the same challenges in life.

In addition, we talked about how a student can combine school and business without compromising one for the other.

This is what we discussed:

  • How he fell from a storey building an almost lost his life.
  • How the experiences have affected his life.
  • What motivates him as a young entrepreneur
  • How he combines business and school
  • His latest book, Think Depth
  • And much more

This episode of the show is a must listen for every young person or anyone going through trying times in their life.
