My NLP PUSH 2017 Experience + Photos From The Event

I have attended a couple of seminars and webinars in my life and nothing matches IMI NLP PUSH 2017.

Before I attended the training, someone had told me that NLP is not for Christians.

His argument was that, NLP takes away the place of God in our lives and makes us God over our lives.

As a christian from the Reformed Baptist background, I immediately agreed with him.

Since the day we had that conversation, I didn’t want to hear the word, “NLP”.

I went about telling people, “I’ll never attend NLP training” bla bla bla

However, when I heard that there was a 3 day training on INtroduction to NLP by Innocent Minds Institute, I got excited.

I got curious.

I wanted to know what the heck NLP was all about.

Immediately, I clicked the link and registered.

Whatever NLP was, I cared less. Since it was a free introductory training, I had nothing to lose for attending.

A lot of people have been asking me what NLP means.

According to

“NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind!”

PUSH 2017 is a 3 day free training on Introduction to NLP organized by Innocent Usar and The InnocentMinds/IMI Consulting Team across major cities in Nigeria.

Back to my NLP experience…

On the first day of the training, I was of course really curious to learn and know as much as I could.

Oh  boy!

What I heard hit me… I mean PUSHed me really hard.

It was such a massive paradigm shift for me.

I got to understand lots of things that were not clear to me.

It was a transformational experience for me as I journeyed back to the past and dealt with my negative emotions.

Every experience left the attendees in a wow moment.

I also got to understand why people act the way they do.

How the experience we had since we were little could affect our lives forever if we don’t deal with it.

Each trainer had his/her own special way of engaging people.

They were exceptionally friendly and nice.

Not only that, I had the opportunity to connect and network with lots of amazing people in Port Harcourt.

We took lots of selfies.

Smiled and laughed like children without problems.

NLP PUSH PH was one of the best things that have happened to me this year.

It was like a 3 Day deliverance

If there’s anything I desire now, it is to go for the NLP Results Certification.

Oh and I won’t forget about the last day where Adeolu Akinyemi talked about Financial Intelligence.

I’ve never heard anyone explained financial intelligence like he did.

“Financial freedom is when your passive income exceeds your expenses every month.”

“The goal is not to be financially secured but to be financially free”

“In our quest for financial security, we sabotage our freedom”

“Don’t spend money on security that would have been spent on freedom”

Scratch that!!!

Those were few of the powerful financial tips from Adeolu Akinyemi

He closed with the 5 sources of Passive Income which are:

  1. Real Estate
  2. Paper Investment
  3. Automated Business
  4. Intellectual Property
  5. Network Marketing
